A lot of people have a gym membership some being used and others not so much either way you may still struggle to achieve the goals you have set for yourself. And the question is why, what is missing from your regime; what needs to change? From my experience people find it easier to change when someone else is looking, unless your motivation is completely intrinsic. That being said a great deal of people have extrinsic motivation and it is easier to lose sight of that motivation as you struggle to move forward toward your goal. And the reality is most big box gyms don't have the time or staff to address each members' motivation beyond the initial sales meeting. So where does that leave you as a new member with no clue on how to conquer this monster also know as weight-loss. One of a few things may happen; you take that leap a invest a hefty penny (along with a contract) in a personal trainer, or you join a couple of classes because its free and fun but you are still lost after the class. So after class you ask your instructor a few questions and they can't really be bothered because they have two more classes on their schedule and the trainer wants to get paid for their advice. So you remain loss and no closer to your goal unless you run into a small fortune. Well I have a solution. Out of all the gyms I've worked at my clients/members found the most success when we had a group setting where we talked about our goals and ways to achieve them, as well as shared our success stories amongst the group. This was my thought why not offer a group fitness class along with a support group for a reasonable price. A lot a people want to lose weight but a lot of people don't have a great deal of disposable income and I want to meet people where they are with no judgement. Great results with at a great price. So join me for my next class and experience the difference!
