So yesterday's workout consisted of  Pound training. A lot of people have no idea what Pound is so let me explain. First and foremost Pound is a full body workout, you use quarter pound drumsticks that serve as an extension of your limbs and basically you do a different routine 10 to 12 songs. But it is not you're normal dance class. You use your arms, legs, and core to burn roughly 400 to 500 calories in 45 sweat filled fun minutes. I'm a person that hates cardio I get bored on bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals, so class like Pound really works for me because I forget workout and just enjoy the activity. Fitness is about finding what works for you and trying new things. Until next time...
