Today did not include my planned workout, I just didn't make. Now in the past I would say I failed to workout so I might as well eat what I want. But that is the complete opposite way you should think when you have a goal or a mission to pursue. Greatness starts with a plan and is completed with follow through and even though you may experience failures along the way does not mean you abandon your entire plan. So because I did not workout I controlled what I ate. There are multiple ways to achieve this fitness goal and this journey will include many safe paths. Time to prepare for day 2.
