Allow me to introduce myself

 So we all know that there are a million and one fitness blogs out there, so what makes this one different? Hopefully in the eyes of the readers it's me and my prospective. Fitness can be a very loaded term because it iencompasses so many different aspects of a person's daily life, with a great deal  of benefits if properly achieved. And that's where I come in. I'm here to help others as well as myself achieve and maintain their fitness goals in a safe and enjoyable manner. I am a fitness professional with 10 years experience in the industry along with a B.S. in Kinesiology: Preventative and Rehabilitative Exercise Science and several certifications including PT-ACE, CES-NASM, WFS-NASM, and Group X-AAFA. I also have specialty certifications with bellicon, Hit It Kickboxing, Hot Hula Fitness, Tabata Boot Camp, Turbo Kick, and Zumba.
