Once you have downloaded the app enter my provider code:
Take two full body photos in fitness attire (form fitting clothing, loose clothing not recommended).
One photo facing forward and one facing the right side.
For movement screening:
Make a video of yourself doing a squat.
I will need to see your entire body for a proper analysis.
