    Take two full body photos in swimwear attire (sports bra and shorts or just shorts for men)

    One photo facing forward and one facing the right side.

    For movement screening:

    Make a video of yourself doing the following:

    • squat
    • plank
    • push up

    I will need to see your entire body for a proper analysis.
